Start by adding the routines that make up your ideal day. This could be anything from "Meditate" to "Do the Dishes." Don't be afraid to include those pesky little tasks that always get pushed to tomorrow!
Assign each routine a point value (1-10) based on its importance. Big, life-changing goals? Give them higher points. Small but essential chores? Lower points are fine.
How many points signify a "good day" for you? Ptashka lets you set your own achievable target and track progress. Start with a lower target and gradually increase it as you build momentum.
Ptashka will generate a daily list of routines, organized based on their point value. Aim to tackle the higher-point items first!
Mark each routine as "Complete" once done. Feeling overwhelmed? Ptashka allows you to "Skip" some routines without completely wrecking your day.
Ptashka calculates your daily score in real-time. Hit your target? Celebrate! Not quite? No worries, tomorrow is a fresh start.
Add notes to your routines for reminders, motivation, or just to track your thoughts.
Don't overload your daily list! Start with a manageable amount of routines.
Take time to analyze which routines are easiest/hardest to complete, and adjust their point values or your target score accordingly.
Use the notes section to brainstorm ways to overcome obstacles or to reward yourself for a job well done.
